<p>Cui nu-i place sa savureze un pahar rece de socata intr-o zi calda de iunie? Noi am savurat deja vreo 20 de litri, ca tare mult ne mai place.</p>
<p>Pentru o sarja de socata avem nevoie de: 5 litri de apa, 500 g zahar, sucul de la 3 lamai, 5-6 flori de soc si o faramita de drojdie (cat o moneda de 10 bani).</p>
<p>Florile de soc se curata de codite. Mie nu imi place sa pun la socata si coditele verzi, ci numai florile.</p>

<p>Punem apa cu zaharul la fiert si dupa ce au dat cateva clocote oprim focul si lasam vasul sa se racoreasca pentru vreo 10 minute si de abia acum adaugam florile de soc. Cand lichidul s-a racit aproape complet adaugam sucul de lamaie, drojdia si amestecam. Eu de obicei fierb socata seara si o las sa stea in vas pana a doua zi, cand o trag in sticle. Sticlele de socata trebuiesc pastrate neaparat la rece pentru a le opri fermentatia.</p>

<p>Este o bautura racoroasa si perfecta pentru lunile mai-iunie cand temperaturile de afara urca vertiginos.</p>

<p>Este de ajuns sa dati o cautare simpla pe internet despre catina ca sa aflati despre multiplele ei proprietati. Asa ca nu o sa reiau si eu niste informatii care deja abunda pe paginile de internet. Insa, la partea de preparare a siropului de catina chiar vreau sa va arat cum am procedat eu. Pentru ca am vrut sa pastrez vitaminele si celelalte bunatati din catina intacte, am facut un sirop prin presare la rece.</p>

<p>Am spalat catina sub un jet puternic de apa si am lasat-o la scurs in sita.</p>

<p>Dupa aceea, am trecut-o prin storcatorul de fructe si am obtinut un suc gros pe care l-am amestecat cu miere. L-am potrivit dupa gustul nostru, adica mai acrisor.</p>

<p>Dupa ce am amestecat bine mierea cu sucul de catina am pus tot amestecul intr-un recipient si l-am bagat in frigider, unde rezista de minune fara sa-si schimbe gustul.</p>

<p>Amestecat cu apa minerala este un deliciu racoritor.</p>
